This Positive energy building is the outcome of the renovation of apartment building number 11 and 12 of the San Pedro social housing group, which was originally built in the 40’s in the Rochapea working class district of Pamplona. Each apartment building consists of 6 dwellings, 2 per floor, with an approximate usable area of 61 m², comprising three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a toilet.
Current deep renovation involved the elimination of architectural barriers with the addition of an elevator, which required reshuffling indoor layout, the new apartments counting 2 bedrooms instead of 3, but adding balconies along the south façade.
