Green prefabricated façade

This solution provides thermal insulation while enhancing  the aesthetics of the building with a green wall.

Concept

The industrialised green kit consists in a prefabricated system that includes insulation, windows,  and an integrated green façade solution.

Manufacturing

Traditional façade and windows

Single elements are separately produced and sent it to the demo site from different factories.

Prefabricated integrated façade

Individual elements are fabricated separately and delivered to the prefabricated façade manufacturer. All components are assembled  in the factory to form a unified module, which is then transported to the site. The primary and secondary substructures  of the green solution, as well as  the textile elements, are pre-installed at the factory.

Installation process in details
Site preparation, erection  of scaffolding, and allocation  of materials storage.
Façade cleaning and surface preparation.
Installation of brackets and anchoring systems to the structural wall.
Application and securement  of insulation panels using disc-shaped dowels.
Application of waterproofing membrane, ensuring the substructure penetrates appropriately.
Installation of the primary green substructure or framing system.
Installation of the secondary green substructure.
Placement of textile modules integrated with the irrigation system.
Construction of a small technical room.
Installation of green plants.
Completion of finishing works, including corners, openings,  and penetrations.  
Window installation: replacement and finishing to be completed  as part of the façade by another company.
